About Isaac

I grew up in SW Missouri in a small town and I grew up loving sports. Most of my evenings and weekends were spent in our backyard playing baseball, football, or basketball. I played baseball and football in high school and had the option to play college football, but deciding to focus on academics instead. I have a bachelors of science in Kinesiology, and master’s of science in exercise science, both from the University of Arkansas. I have been a personal trainer and exercise physiologist for almost 15 years and really enjoy the fitness profession and still have a passion for sports and athletics!
