First and foremost i first like to sit down and talk with the athlete, get to know what she wants , her goals , what she thinks she needs work on. Then i would proceed to work out the athlete on basic fundamentals , evaluate and look at where the athlete is in her particular area, throwing , mechanics, positioning, stance. After this initial meeting and workout, again sit down and discuss with the athlete what our course of action we are going to take, it has to be a joint agreement, working together gets results its not my way or the athletes way its both of us working together to find success.
