Dean is an excellent coach and communicator. We found with our son that often times the instruction got lost in translation with other coaches. With Dean, he explained the "how" and more importantly, the "why". Our son gained major confidence with Dean's instruction on batting and his performance in games was improved, as well. We highly recommend Dean!
