I love training with Coach Dell. I don’t feel negatively criticized for mistakes to the point where I shut down mentally. I feel like he brings the perfect balance of correction and that down to earth personality that he has. Coach Dell is currently trying to help me through a form change in my shot which can be very very frustrating but he has helped to keep me calm by keeping the atmosphere light and encouraging me to work harder every time down the floor. I can already tell theres a massive improvement in my shot in a short amount of time and I can’t say I would be anywhere near this far without the guidance of Coach Dell. Thanks again boss.
