I am a simple man who has many life experiences and some of the best mentors, who taught me how we are our own worst frenemies. Yet, taught the skills to overcome and change for the better in anything we do. A key to this is learning or enhancing skills for healing, Growth, Recovery, and finding well-being in our lives. For me to pass this learning on to others is a life goal for myself. I am just a Guide for the person and athlete to find that balance for success that is in them.
