D1 staffs run the most systematized recruiting operations in college softball. Your questionnaire feeds a database that assistant coaches cross-reference against camp rosters, tournament schedules, and video — it is the index card that makes everything else findable.
The questionnaire is step one of the camps-and-ID-events pipeline
D1 programs evaluate almost exclusively at their own camps, ID clinics, and major tournaments. Early contact rules make the questionnaire your only early channel
