I am a triathlete who wants to improve my open-water endurance, which is a different skill set from that of pool swimmers. Jackie understands the difference. She watches and catches the nuances I need to revise, and then I work on them until the next cession. Many others have missed the things she has noticed. I am starting to like swimming...no small feat for a triathlete.
