I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a major in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Coaching Education. I have coached athletes of all ages ranging between 4 and 23 years old for about 8 years. I have helped many travel softball teams and coaches develop practice plans with new drills to improve their skillset. I have a special interest in slapping and strength and conditioning. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist who loves working with athletes to become stronger, faster and more agile on the field. I currently am a doctorate of physical therapy student at Nova Southeastern University and I love to work with all ages and levels of softball players to coach specific skills as well as appropriately teach proper mechanics to mitigate r
